Booking, made calm
My books open in limited windows a few times a year, so every client gets unhurried time in the chair. Here is exactly how it works, and how to make sure you never miss an opening.
The diary cycle
Small diary, big care. This is why my books are not always open.
-
Books open
A booking window opens and I announce it to the waiting list first, then on Instagram. Enquiries come through Get Ink.
-
Diary fills
Appointments run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Once the window's spaces are taken, the books close again.
-
Books closed
I focus on the clients already booked. You can browse flash, plan your idea and join the list for the next window.
-
Top-ups, always
Top-ups on my own healed work skip the cycle. Message me on Get Ink with a photo of the healed tattoo at any time.
Right now my books are closed. Join the waiting list below and you will hear before the next opening is announced anywhere else.
Hear it here first
One short email when the diary is about to open, and the occasional note when new flash lands. That is all, ever.
Every question, answered
If yours is not here, ask me on Get Ink or Instagram.
What is a fine line tattoo?
Fine line tattooing uses single fine needles to create delicate, detailed linework and soft shading, closer to a pencil drawing than a traditional bold tattoo. It is perfect for dainty florals, birds, celestial pieces, script and small meaningful designs.
Will it hurt?
Everyone feels it differently, and I will never tell you it is painless. What I can promise is that fine line work is gentler than heavy packing styles, most clients find it very manageable, and we go entirely at your pace with breaks whenever you need them.
Will my fine line tattoo fade?
Fine line tattoos soften slightly as they heal, that is normal for delicate single-needle work and part of the style's charm. Good aftercare and sun protection keep the lines crisp. If a healed piece of mine needs a little more within three months, top-ups are £15 per hour.
How much will my tattoo cost?
My minimum charge is £70, which covers pieces no bigger than one centimetre. Individual flash designs run from £75 to £140, the Romantic delicate designs collection is £100 to £160, and custom pieces are quoted when you enquire. You will always know the price before anything is booked.
Do you take a deposit? What if I need to cancel?
Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed when you book via Get Ink, so everything is in writing before you commit.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes, strictly 18 and over. UK law does not allow anyone under 18 to be tattooed, even with parental consent, and I make no exceptions. Please bring photo ID to your appointment.
When do I see my design?
Your design is prepared for your appointment based on everything we discuss in your enquiry. We look at it together before anything else happens, and no needle touches skin until you are happy.
What if I change my mind about the design?
Tell me. It is far better to adjust a drawing than to tattoo something you are unsure about. If your idea changes significantly before your appointment, message me via Get Ink and we will work it out.
How should I prepare?
Sleep well, eat before you arrive and drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol the night before, keep the area unscratched and out of strong sun, and moisturise in the days leading up. Arrive comfy and unhurried.
Can I use numbing cream?
Ask me before your appointment if you are thinking about numbing cream. Some products affect the skin and the way fine linework settles, so I will let you know what works with my process before you buy anything.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that gives easy access to your placement. Soft, loose clothing you do not mind relaxing in for a while is ideal, and dark colours are safest around ink.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, water, a snack for longer sittings, and headphones if you like to zone out. Everything else is here waiting for you.
Can I bring someone with me?
The cabin is a small, calm space, so mention it in your enquiry if you would like to bring someone and we will sort it out in advance.
Can my friend and I book together?
Possibly, depending on the pieces and the diary. Mention it in your Get Ink enquiry and I will let you know how best to arrange it.
Help, I do not know what size to go for
That is my job. Tell me the placement and the feeling you want, and I will size the design so it sits beautifully on your body, not just on paper. Fine line detail needs a certain minimum size to age well, and I will always be honest about that.
Are there areas you will not tattoo?
There are some placements I do not take on. If you are unsure whether yours is one of them, ask before booking and I will tell you straight away.
How do I look after my new tattoo?
You will leave with clear aftercare guidance, and the full routine lives on my aftercare page. The short version: keep it clean, moisturise lightly, and keep it out of the sun and swimming pools while it heals.
Enquiries are taken through Get Ink
The enquiry form checks your age, asks about placement, style and size, and lets you attach reference photos, so your first message tells me everything I need.
