Who is responsible for your data

Inky Club (Laurie), a fine line tattoo studio in Ipswich, Suffolk, is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact me about anything on this page via Instagram @inkyclub_ or through my Get Ink profile.

What I collect and why

Waiting-list email address. If you join the waiting list, I store the email address you give me and use it solely to tell you when my booking diary is about to open and when new flash designs are released.
Nothing else. This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics profiles or advertising pixels, and I do not collect any health or medical information here. Booking enquiries, including age verification, are handled by Get Ink under Get Ink's own privacy policy.

The legal basis

Your consent. The waiting-list form only works if you actively tick the consent box, and you can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

How long I keep it

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it, at which point it is deleted.

Who I share it with

No one. Your email address is never sold, swapped or shared for marketing. The mailing list is held with a reputable email service provider that processes it only on my instructions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to see the information I hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, and object to or restrict how it is used. Just ask. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Unsubscribing

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you instantly. You can also message me and I will take you off the list myself.
